Terms of participation

Enrolment

Enrolment takes place via this site and is binding on submission. You receive a confirmation by email. The order of arrival applies.

If a session is fully booked you join the waiting list. If a place becomes free you receive an offer valid for 1 hours.

Prices and invoicing

The price shown at enrolment applies. All amounts are exclusive of VAT. The invoice goes to you or to your organisation, according to your choice when booking. It is payable within thirty days of receipt.

Cancellation by you

Up to 0 days before the start you can cancel free of charge in your account. After that the full amount is due, unless you name a substitute or there is good cause.

A substitute is possible at any time and free of charge. Please let us know in good time.

Cancellation by us

If the minimum number of participants is not reached or the trainer is unavailable, we may cancel or postpone a session. Amounts already paid are refunded in full. There are no further claims, for instance for travel costs.

Certificate of attendance

Anyone who has attended a course receives a certificate stating title, scope and dates. Actual attendance is the condition.

Materials

Materials handed out are for personal use. Passing them on or reproducing them, even in part, requires our consent.

How we treat each other

Our courses are a place where everyone should feel safe. Discriminatory, demeaning or threatening remarks lead to exclusion from the current session without refund.

What participants share about themselves stays in the room. Audio or video recordings are only permitted with the agreement of everyone involved.

Accessibility and specific needs

Tell us at enrolment what you need in order to take part. We will try to arrange it.

Applicable law

Luxembourg law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Luxembourg, as far as legally permitted.
