Tailor-made training
When your topic appears in no catalogue
Some questions cannot be answered with an off-the-shelf course. A team that has worked together for years needs something different from an open group. An organisation currently revising its admission procedures needs something different from one starting from scratch. For such cases we develop a course that did not exist before.
How we work
-
Listen
We start with a conversation, not with an offer. What exactly happened in everyday work that prompted this? Who will be in the room in the end, and what should be different afterwards? It often turns out that the real question is not the one asked first.
-
Draft
You receive a written proposal: objectives, structure, duration, methods and a price. None of it is set in stone, it is the basis for the second round. Only once the draft fits do we plan dates.
-
Deliver
At your place or at ours, on one day or spread over several mornings, in French, German, Luxembourgish or English. What fits your rota depends on you, not on our calendar.
-
Follow up
After the course we collect the feedback of the participants and discuss it with you. Often a second date arises from it, because practice raises new questions.
How to tell that you are in the right place
- Your topic appears in no catalogue, neither with us nor elsewhere.
- You need content tailored to your field of work, your legal situation or your target group.
- An existing course fits halfway, but only halfway.
- You want to train several teams one after another, with a common thread between them.
If, on the other hand, it concerns a course already in our programme and you simply want it exclusively for your team, the request form is on the respective course page in the Catalogue.
Tell us about your project
The more concrete the starting point, the more useful our first proposal. A few sentences are enough, the rest we clarify in conversation.
